Denise Gomm Santos

Denise began her career as an English teacher in Brazil, later working for multinational companies where she leveraged her language skills. In the 2000s, she transitioned into relocation services, assisting clients from Europe, especially France and Italy. In 2005, she moved to Miami and built her career as a hands-on agent who values lasting relationships — her clients often become lifelong friends. She is deeply involved throughout the entire real estate process, from pre-sale to post-sale follow-up.

Denise serves the Miami area with a focus on Pinecrest, South Miami, Coral Gables, Coconut Grove, Brickell, and the beaches. Her clientele is primarily from Brazil, and she travels there regularly to maintain relationships and present new opportunities. She is fluent in Portuguese, Spanish, and English, and speaks conversational French and Italian.

In her free time, Denise enjoys spending time with her family, going to the gym, and playing tennis.
